Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Dispatch time is the time when your order is being processed, packed and prepared for the shipping. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.
For international orders, custom charges may occur. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur and how much the charges are.
We have no control over post services and can‘t influence their working processes. Once the item has been shipped, the logistics provider is held responsible for shipped items.
If the customer was unable to pick up the parcel from the post office, and the goods were returned to the sender, re-sending is carried out at the expense of the client. The second shipment is paid a second time.
Returns & Refunds
Please notify us by sending an email to Lindeza.firstname.lastname@example.org so we could monitor and ensure a successful arrival of returning package.
All returning packages must have a tracking number and have a new label created on a package for the return address. If the returning package doesn’t have a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing on its return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the items inside.
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from when we have received your items. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
Please also note that Gift cards are non-refundable.
The costs of the return shipment is paid by a customer.
Refund does not include shipping price that was paid, if the shipping has been done.
We can‘t proceed the refund before the arrival of the returned package.
If the package is lost, we can only proceed with the refund after the official confirmation from the post or currier service, which is the result of an investigation application (which can take time up to 2-4 weeks for international orders or 1-3 weeks for orders made in Austria).
We can‘t proceed the refund before this process is finished.
If an item arrives damaged, notify via email at Lindeza.email@example.com within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package.
You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item.
We don’t provide warranty against physical or accidental wear or accidental damage.
