We ship our products internationally. 

Shipping takes 5-7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.

 

We have no control over shipping services and can‘t influence their working processes. Once the item has been shipped, the logistics provider is held responsible for shipped items. 

All international orders (any orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates) will be subject to customs duties and taxes. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur and how much the charges are.

 

If the customer was unable to pick up the package and the goods were returned to the sender, re-sending is carried out at the expense of the client. The second shipment is paid a second time.
