You can pay for your purchase in the online store by credit card and PayPal.
We ship our products internationally. For international orders we use standard local shipping post services. Dispatch within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after purchase. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.
We have no control over post services and can‘t influence their working processes. Once the item has been shipped, the logistics provider is held responsible for shipped items.
For international orders, custom charges may occur. We have no control and cannot be held responsible if these charges occur and how much the charges are.
If the customer was unable to pick up the parcel from the post office, and the goods were returned to the sender, re-sending is carried out at the expense of the client. The second shipment is paid a second time.
If the color, size or product did not satisfy you, you can return it within 3 days from the date you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The costs of the return shipment is paid by a customer.
Refund does not include shipping price that was paid, if the shipping has been done.
We can‘t proceed the refund before the arrival of the returned package.
If the package is lost, we can only proceed with the refund after the official confirmation from the post service, which is the result of an investigation application (which can take time up to 2-4 weeks for international orders or 1-3 weeks for orders made in Austria).

Where is your production?
Mining as well as production takes place in Brazil and India.
What the packaging will be?
We will put the jewelry in our brand soft pouch wrapped in a tissue paper with our brand sticker. We will add a care rules card and a note to your order.
How often do you release new collections?
Approximately 4 times a year. Sometimes we also have a small restock of individual model lines.
Do you accept corporate orders?
Yes, but you have to let us know 3-4 months before the date you need to have your order ready.
Where can I look at jewelry and home decor pieces?
For now we operate only as an online stores.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we have. They are available from 50 euro and last for 6 months since the purchase date.
